What we are. A Licensed Veterinary Technologist visiting your home to provide technologist-level care, owner education, and gentle support.
What we are not. A veterinarian, a prescriber, a surgeon, or an emergency service. For diagnosis, prescriptions, or urgent care, please contact your veterinarian or nearest emergency hospital.

What to expect

The shape of a Tier One visit

Most visits run 30–60 minutes. We arrive a few minutes early to settle, introduce ourselves to your animal at their pace, and walk you through everything before we begin.

After the visit, you receive a written summary within 24 hours: what we did, what we observed, recommended next steps, and any educational resources that apply.

If we see something that warrants veterinary attention, we'll tell you clearly and recommend how to follow up.

Tier Two

Consults & education.

Guided support around the decisions that shape your pet's life.

Tier Two · Guidance

What's included

  • New-puppy visits
  • New-kitten visits
  • Pre-adoption consults
  • Senior pet wellness check-ins
  • Nutrition education
  • Weight-management coaching
  • Behavior triage and referrals
  • Environmental setup and enrichment guidance

Consults are educational. For diagnosis or prescription, we refer to your veterinarian.

What to expect

The shape of a Tier Two consult

Tier Two consults run 45–75 minutes. We come prepared with questions tailored to your animal's life stage and your goals as a guardian.

You leave with a clear action plan, owner-friendly resources, and a written summary you can forward to your veterinarian.

Tier Three

Specialty & preparation.

The depth of major-hospital experience, applied to your specific situation.

Tier Three · Depth

What's included

  • Avian consults
  • Exotic mammal & reptile consults
  • Emergency preparedness education
  • Pre-hospitalization coaching for owners
  • Client education for chronic conditions
  • Wildlife awareness education
  • Wildlife referral information

Exotic consults rely on veterinarian-led diagnoses. Our role is education, husbandry support, and bridging back to a veterinarian who specializes in your species.

What to expect

The shape of a Tier Three engagement

Tier Three sessions are 60–90 minutes and are often two- or three-part: an initial consult, an action period, and a follow-up.

For pre-hospitalization coaching especially, the goal is that you walk into your veterinarian's office knowing what to ask, what to expect, and how to advocate for your animal.
