How this works

From inquiry to confirmation.

  1. You submit your request. Tell us about your animal, what you're looking for, and your preferred times.
  2. We review and respond by email. Within a few business days, you'll get a reply with availability, a quote, and next steps — or a referral if we're not the right fit.
  3. You confirm. Once you reply, your visit is scheduled. Payment details and any needed forms are shared in the same thread.
  4. We arrive. Calm, prepared, and on time. A written summary follows within 24 hours.

Not an emergency service. If your animal is in distress or you suspect a medical emergency, please contact your veterinarian or the nearest 24-hour emergency animal hospital immediately.

Cancellation policy. Free cancellation more than 24 hours before your visit. Within 24 hours, a small fee may apply to honor the time set aside. Emergencies and weather are always understood.
